WW VIII: STILL I STAND by Taoheed Adegbite

STILL I STAND

When the weather looks crowdy
The thunder seems coming with great storm

The rainy rain of conditions seems heavy
The fishermen find propituos sea more gulp
Still I stand.

When standing amidst normal beings seems crime
And crawling amidst handicap seems mockery
The situations wrench one on the fence
Abled body fail to see clearly, even with lens
Still I stand.

When the solution looks hypaethral
People succeed in unilateral
But problems make ones a bilateral
Prayer and fasting seems reversal
Still I stand.

When mignonette land need to be fertiled
And still, effort in plantation ends futile
Negative thought of destiny occupied
And death seems hammering with its knuckles
Still I stand.
