THE BEAUTIFUL MOON
The glimmering face of the angel;
The bright white flash of her teeth;
The rhythmical height of her standing;
All but in one and one for all.
All attracts me to turn my way to her
How I wish to serve her as a servant
To sniff her saint and rub her arm
And be by her to feel her coolness
I think like dove to travel over sea
Beyond the ocean ; over the heaven
And out of world to unknown planet
Not for that, but to raise you against any assault
Your beauty has turned and made me like mad
The figure you cut has created many crimes
You are the glory and dream of Shakespeare
Oh, shall I compare you to the 14th moon?
