HEAVY FEATHER
Like a cow with bloat,
they possess distended sense of person
filled with gases of harm,
thoughts with false wings
and head that takes them to the sky.
The falsified illusion of being,
negativity to worsen the likes,
celebrity in art or art of celebrity,
politician or leader by nomenclature
is what they call themselves.
Humility lightens the path itself
that the subject may know where to step,
ego raises that light and
you see your destination
but pride goes before a fall.
Ile nyo* (watch your steps),
death shall meet the (sluggish) chameleon
just as it will catch a (jumping) frog.
