Team work is a very interesting thing, in fact, ability to work efficiently in a team is an asset to some employee. It is also the best approach to voluntary projects.
But then, there is this lethal question of ''who gets the glory?'' This question has poisoned so many groups with bright intentions for the society.

When working in a team, especially on volunteerism, the focus should remain on the cause not the extolment. The genuine reason why you joined a team in the first place counts way more than the hundreds of likes on instagram and thousands of views on facebook unless you are actually volunteering to be recognized - there is a difference between the two.
In the last two years, I have joined many teams but three of them failed and the most painful thing is that these three actually have quite impactful ambitions. They all died slowly!
Be sincere to the cause, always. Never look at the 'under-active' or 'over-active' member of the team, work within your own pace and always be ready to give it your best shot.
